This is our go to recipe for rum cream. I use Cacique Mexican Crema for the cream. I have also started adding a shot of Azteca chocolate bitters. Just ramps it all up even better. We use Captain Morgan Private Stock rum, which is kinda spendy at $25 a bottle, but oh so good with a strong caramel and vanilla goodness to it.
